After that ,sir discussed Types of Research.There are total fives number of research .They are

• Primary research – information gathered through self – conducted research
• Secondary research -information gathered from previously conducted studies
• Quantitative research – related to numbers and percentages
• Quantitative research – related to words or language, like emotions
• Generative research – before design enquiry
• Evaluative research – after design enquiry
• Market research – understand the needs and wants of consumers, identify trends in the market

And also explained about the business model canvas and value proposition canvas.In value proposition canvas there will be two segments.they are value proposition and customer segment
